Not a faceless HR consultancy! When you decide to work with me, we will meet for a free initial 30 minute call to get to know you and talk about your business. I want to find out about your specific HR and people needs, and how soon or how often you need support. You can then decide if you would like to work with me, whether on an ongoing retainer basis or on a no contract pay as you go rate.
